Save your downloaded Premiere Pro template on your computer. Templates usually come in the form of a .MOGRT (Motion Graphics Template) file.
Launch Premiere Pro.
Create a new project where you want to use the template. You can set the project settings according to your preferences.
In the Project panel, right-click and select Import to import the template file into your project. Or, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+I (Windows) or Command+I (Mac) to open the import window.
In the import window, navigate to the location where you saved the template file, select it, and click Open to import the template into your project.
In the workspace, go to the Window menu and select Essential Graphics to open the Essential Graphics panel. This panel allows you to work with and customize the template.
From the Project panel, find the imported template file and drag it onto the timeline or the Essential Graphics panel.
With the template selected in the Essential Graphics panel, you can modify various properties such as text, colors, and animation. The available customizations depend on the template design and options provided by the template creator.
Once you have customized the template to your liking, save your project. You can now use the template in your video editing by dragging it from the Essential Graphics panel onto your timeline or sequence.
