How to Use MOGRT Files in Premiere Pro

Open Essential Graphics Panel:
Go to Window → Essential Graphics. Switch to the Browse tab to see installed templates.

Import MOGRT File:
Click the + button at the bottom of the Browse tab, select your
.mogrtfile, and click Open. The template will appear in your library. -
Use the Template:
Drag the template from the panel to your timeline. Select it and go to the Edit tab in Essential Graphics to change:
- Text content
- Colors
- Duration
- Other editable effects

Export Your Video:
After editing, go to File → Export → Media to render your video.
How to Use Premiere Pro Template Files

Open the Template:
Go to File → Open Project and select your
.prprojfile. All sequences and settings will load. -
Customize the Template:
Drag your videos, images, and audio into the timeline. Change text, colors, and effects as needed. You can also add MOGRT files into this timeline.

Save Your Project:
Go to File → Save As to save your project with a new name, keeping the original template intact.
Tip: MOGRT files are motion graphics templates you add to a sequence, while PRPROJ templates are full project templates with sequences and assets. You can combine both to quickly create professional videos.
